Klemchuk Kubasta Rises to the Call (Eliminating their Receptionist Position)

You might call it crazy, but we thought it was genius when Klemchuk Kubasta, an Intellectual Property firm in Dallas, decided to suspend its receptionist position and rotate front desk duty among all non attorney staff members (internally known as "Firm Ambassadors") in an effort to increase the firms level of service to its clients, vendors and employees.
