Prior to joining Capital One Bank, Jorge led JPMorgan Chase’s middle market group, and he led and supervised a banking team at Frost National Bank’s corporate bank. He is actively involved in the Dallas community and has served on numerous boards for business and non-profit organizations, including North Texas Business for Culture and the Arts and Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Jorge is also a graduate of Leadership Dallas and Leadership Arts.
